Sassy Luxe Club Terms and Conditions

2.2 Example: 10,000 Sassy Credits = £100 towards your next luxury cruise or holiday.

2.3 Points can be earned on new bookings only. Retrospective credit is at our discretion.

2.4 Credits are awarded to the lead guest on the booking.

2.5 Bonus or promotional credits may be gifted at our discretion and follow the same expiry and redemption terms.

2.6 Bookings made onboard or during hosted experiences are eligible once recorded in our system.

2.7 Booking amendments that affect value or guest details may impact your earned credits.

2.8 Credits are non-transferable and hold no monetary value unless applied to a valid booking.

2.9 Sassy Credits may be purchased from us directly (minimum 500 credits at £0.01 per credit). Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire in 24 months.

3. Redeeming Sassy Credits

3.1 Sassy Credits are redeemable only through Luxury Sassy Cruises or Luxury Sassy Escapes.

3.2 Credits may be applied to new bookings only and must be requested at time of booking.

3.3 Credits may not be redeemed on the same booking they were earned.

3.4 Redemption is subject to availability, supplier rules, and qualifying cruise line or holiday providers.

3.5 Sassy Credits expire 24 months from the date of issue. Unused points are removed in month 25.

3.6 Cancelled bookings may result in adjustment or loss of redeemed credits.

3.7 Credits can’t be applied to deposits, early registration fees, or other non-cruise-specific charges.

3.8 Redemption may not be combined with some discount vouchers or promotions.

3.9 All credit redemptions must be authorised by the lead name on the booking.

4. Referral Programme

4.1 Members may refer friends via a unique invite code or email link.

4.2 You'll earn 10,000 bonus credits per successful referral. Once your referred friend makes a confirmed booking with a total value of £10,000 or more (gross spend). Your friend will also receive 10,000 welcome credits, which can be redeemed against their qualifying first booking.

4.3 Referrals must be new customers, aged 18+, and not previously in our database.

4.4 Bonus credits will be applied within 7 working days after travel is completed.

4.5 Referral programme may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Member Conduct & Cancellation

5.1 We reserve the right to revoke membership and/or credits if fraud, abuse, or misconduct is suspected.

5.2 Credits earned or redeemed fraudulently will be cancelled.

5.3 You agree not to misuse the Programme in any way that may harm our brand, partners, or other members.

5.4 Luxury Sassy Escapes Ltd. may modify or discontinue the Programme (including altering tier thresholds or credit value) at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Data Protection

Your privacy matters. We never sell or share your data without consent. Full details can be found in our [Privacy Policy]. By joining the programme, you consent to the use of your data for booking management, reward administration, and relevant marketing communications.

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1 We are not responsible for loss or theft of your credits.

7.2 We are not liable for inability to access or use the Programme due to technical issues, acts of God, or supplier disruptions.

7.3 Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under English law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes may be brought in the courts of England or (if applicable) Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on your place of residence.
